Al Gore is an American politician, environmentalist, and activist. He served as the 45th vice president of the United States from 1993 to 2001 under President Bill Clinton. Gore has been a leading advocate for action on climate change and received the Nobel Peace Prize in 2007 for his efforts in raising awareness about global warming.
