Alex Trebek was a Canadian-American television personality and game show host. He was best known for hosting the quiz show Jeopardy! for 36 years, from its revival in 1984 until his death in 2020. Trebek won several awards for his work on Jeopardy!, including seven Daytime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Game Show Host.
