Allen Ludden was an American television personality and game show host, best known for hosting the popular game shows "Password" and "Password Plus" from 1961 to 1980. He also hosted other game shows, variety shows, and talk shows throughout his career. Ludden was known for his affable personality and quick wit. He passed away in 1981 at the age of 63.
