Amjad Khan was a renowned Indian film actor and director, best known for his iconic portrayal of the dastardly villain Gabbar Singh in the Bollywood classic Sholay. He appeared in over 130 films throughout his career, winning several awards for his powerful performances. Khan passed away in 1992 at the age of 51.
