Amzie Strickland
Amzie Strickland was a prominent American artist born in Georgia in 1919. She was a member of the Atlanta Artists Center and exhibited her work throughout the southeast. Strickland primarily painted Southern landscapes with a focus on capturing the essence of the region's natural beauty. She passed away in 2006.
