Billy Halop was an American actor, best known for his roles in the 1930s and 1940s. He began his career as a child actor, and later transitioned to adult roles. Halop appeared in numerous films and television shows over the course of his career, including Dead End, Angels with Dirty Faces, and The Bowery Boys. He passed away in 1976 at the age of 56.
