Charles Napier was an American character actor who appeared in over 200 films and television shows. Some of his notable roles include the tough cop in "Rambo: First Blood Part II" and the leader of the Good Ol' Boys in "The Blues Brothers." Napier passed away in 2011 at the age of 75.
