Charles Reisner (1887-1962) was an American silent film actor, director and screenwriter, active in Hollywood from the 1910s to the 1950s. He was known for his collaborations with comedian Harold Lloyd and for directing MGM musicals in the 1930s, such as "The Big Broadcast" and "Hollywood Revue of 1933".
A tramp cares for a boy after he's abandoned as a newborn by his mother. Later the mother has a change of heart and aches to be reunited with her son.
