Cicely Tyson
Cicely Tyson was an American actress best known for her pioneering work in African American theatre and film. She won numerous awards, including three Emmy Awards and a Tony Award, and was inducted into the Television Hall of Fame in 1981. She passed away in January 2021 at the age of 96.
