Daisuke Namikawa is a Japanese actor and voice actor. He has provided the voice for numerous anime characters, including Jellal Fernandes in Fairy Tail, Hisoka Morow in Hunter × Hunter, Goemon Ishikawa XIII in Lupin III, and Ulquiorra Cifer in Bleach. Namikawa has also ventured into music and released several singles and albums.
