David Rudman is an American puppeteer, voice actor, and producer, best known for his work on Sesame Street. He has voiced characters such as Cookie Monster and Baby Bear, and has received multiple Daytime Emmy Awards for his work. Rudman is also a co-owner of the production company Spiffy Pictures.
