DeForest Kelley (1920-1999) was an American actor best known for his role as Dr. Leonard McCoy in the popular science-fiction television and film series, Star Trek. He also appeared in numerous Westerns and other television shows and films throughout his career. Kelley passed away in 1999 at the age of 79.
