Douglas Rain
Douglas Rain was a Canadian actor best known for providing the voice of HAL 9000 in Stanley Kubrick's film "2001: A Space Odyssey". He also performed in many Shakespearean plays and was a founding member of the Stratford Festival in Ontario, Canada. Rain passed away in 2018 at the age of 90.
