Edith Bouvier Beale, known as "Little Edie," was an American socialite and former debutante who gained notoriety in the 1970s due to her eccentric lifestyle as seen in the 1975 documentary film Grey Gardens. She was a cousin of former First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis.
