Ernest Truex (1889-1973) was an American actor who performed on stage, in film, and on television. He appeared in over 80 films and numerous television shows, including The Twilight Zone and Perry Mason. Truex was known for his gentle and comedic roles, and received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 1960.
