Etienne Girardot (1886-1939) was a French-born American actor known for his work on Broadway and in Hollywood films during the 1920s and 1930s. He appeared in numerous films including "Duck Soup" and "The Wizard of Oz." Girardot also worked as a playwright and screenwriter. He passed away from a heart attack in 1939.
