Felix Silla was a Maltese-American actor and stuntman, best known for playing Cousin Itt on The Addams Family and Twiki on Buck Rogers in the 25th Century. He also appeared in various films, including Battlestar Galactica, E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, and Return of the Jedi. Silla passed away on April 16, 2021, at the age of 84.
