Frankie Chan Fan-Kei is a Hong Kong actor, director, and producer known for his work in martial arts films. He has directed and starred in numerous action movies including "The Outlaw Brothers" and "The Cat" and has also composed music for several films. Chan is considered to be one of the pioneers of Hong Kong cinema's new wave of action filmmaking in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
