Fred Hampton
Fred Hampton (1948-1969) was an American activist and revolutionary socialist. He was the chairman of the Illinois chapter of the Black Panther Party and worked tirelessly to promote the empowerment and liberation of Black people. Hampton was assassinated in a joint effort between the FBI and Chicago police department at the age of 21.
