Geoffrey Palmer was a British actor known for playing curmudgeonly characters in TV shows such as "Butterflies" and "As Time Goes By." His numerous film credits include "Paddington" and the James Bond movie "Tomorrow Never Dies." Palmer received several awards throughout his career, including a BAFTA for his performance in the TV movie "A Waste of Shame: The Mystery of Shakespeare and His Sonnets." He passed away in November 2020 at the age of 93.
