Georges Géret was a French actor born in 1924. He appeared in several French films throughout the 1950s, 60s, and 70s, including François Truffaut's "Jules et Jim" and Jean-Pierre Melville's "Le Cercle rouge." Géret also had a successful stage career, performing in productions of Shakespeare and Molière. He passed away in 1996.
