Geraldine Farrar was an American soprano opera singer and film actress, who was popular in the early 20th century. She had a successful career both in America and Europe, and was known for her powerful voice and dramatic performances. Farrar retired from performing in the late 1920s and passed away in 1967 at the age of 85.
