Graham Moffatt was a British actor and comedian known for his roles in various films of the 1940s and 1950s, such as "Oh, Mr. Porter!" and "The Ghost of St. Michael's." He often played dim-witted characters and was a frequent collaborator with actor Will Hay. Moffatt died in 1965 at the age of 48.
