Jehanne d'Alcy was a French actress who was born on March 20, 1865, in Vaujours, Seine-Saint-Denis, France. She started her acting career in the 1890s and appeared in over 150 films throughout her career. d'Alcy is best known for her work with the filmmaker Georges Méliès, whom she met in 1895 and married in 1925. She died on October 14, 1956, at the age of 91.
