John Carl Buechler (June 18, 1952 - March 18, 2019) was an American special effects and makeup artist known for his work on films such as "Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood," "Hatchet," and "Ghoulies." He also directed several horror movies, including "Troll," "Ghoulies III: Ghoulies Go to College," and "Cellar Dweller."
