John Legend is a Grammy-winning singer-songwriter, pianist, and actor born in Springfield, Ohio in 1978. He began playing the piano at the age of four and eventually became a respected session musician before launching his solo career in 2004 with the album "Get Lifted." He has sold over 10 million albums worldwide and has won multiple Grammy Awards, including one for his song "Glory" from the film Selma.
