Jon-Erik Hexum (1967-1984) was an American actor and model who starred in the television series "Voyagers!" and "Cover Up." Hexum's life was tragically cut short at the age of 26 when he accidentally shot himself with a prop gun while filming "Cover Up" in 1984.
