Judy Ongg, also known as Huang Zhiqing, is a Taiwanese singer and actress. Born in Taiwan in 1950, she began her career as a child actress in the late 1950s and has since released numerous albums and starred in many films and television dramas. She is considered a pioneer in the Mandarin pop music scene.
