Kareem Abdul-Jabbar is a former American professional basketball player. He played 20 seasons in the National Basketball Association (NBA) for the Milwaukee Bucks and the Los Angeles Lakers. He is widely regarded as one of the greatest basketball players of all time, winning six NBA championships and six Most Valuable Player awards during his career. After retiring, Abdul-Jabbar became a best-selling author, cultural commentator, and coach.
