Born in British Columbia, Linda Griffiths was a Canadian actress, playwright, and screenwriter. She garnered critical acclaim for her performances on stage and screen, including her one-woman show, "Maggie and Pierre," which explored the tumultuous relationship between Canada's former prime minister Pierre Trudeau and his wife Margaret. Griffiths died of breast cancer in 2014 at the age of 60.
