Lionel Jeffries was a British actor and director who appeared in numerous films throughout his career, including "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang" and "The Railway Children." He was known for his comic and character roles, as well as his work behind the camera as a director. Jeffries passed away in 2010 at the age of 83.
