Lisa Azuelos is a French film director, writer, and producer of Moroccan-Jewish descent. She is best known for her 2008 film "LOL (Laughing Out Loud)", which was a critical and commercial success in France, and its 2012 American adaptation. Azuelos has directed several other films, including "Dalida" and "Mon Bébé".
