Mansai Nomura is a Japanese actor, stage director, and writer born on October 2, 1966, in Tokyo, Japan. He is well-known for his performances in traditional Japanese theater forms like Kyogen and Noh, as well as modern theater productions, films, and TV dramas. In 2018, he was appointed as the artistic director of the Setagaya Public Theatre in Tokyo.
