Margaret Seddon was an American stage and screen actress who began her career in the late 19th century. She appeared in over 60 films and was known for her strong character portrayals. Seddon received critical acclaim for her work in the silent film "The Birth of a Nation" (1915), and continued to act until her death in 1937.
