Marilyn Eastman was a social activist and educator. She worked as an assistant professor of feminine and women's studies at Allegheny College and was a co-founder of the Pittsburgh Women's Center and Shelter. Marilyn was also associated with the production of the 1968 horror classic Night of the Living Dead where she played the iconic character Helen Cooper.
