Martin Short is a Canadian-American actor, comedian, writer and producer. He is best known for his work on the television programs SCTV and Saturday Night Live. Short has also appeared in numerous films, including Three Amigos, Father of the Bride, and Mars Attacks. He has won several awards throughout his career, including a Tony Award for his work on the Broadway musical Little Me.
