Mary Forbes was a Scottish-born stage and film actress who appeared in over 130 films between 1919 and 1958. She was known for her roles in pre-Code Hollywood films such as "The Devil's Holiday" (1930) and "The Keyhole" (1933), as well as for her stage work in productions such as "Bitter Sweet" (1929). Forbes passed away on July 22, 1974, in Woodland Hills, California.
