Mary Jane Croft was an American actress who worked extensively in radio and television. She is best known for her role as Betty Ramsay, the receptionist at Frank Adam's law firm, in the CBS sitcom "The Lucy Show" from 1962 to 1968. Croft passed away in 1999 at the age of 83.
