Norman Fell was an American actor born on March 24, 1924, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was best known for his role as Mr. Roper in the television sitcom Three's Company. Fell began his career in show business as a nightclub comic before transitioning to acting in the 1950s. He appeared in numerous television shows and films throughout his career until his death in 1998 at the age of 74.
