Parley Baer
Parley Baer was an American actor born in 1914 who appeared in over 100 film and television projects throughout his career. He was best known for his role as Mayor Roy Stoner in the television series "The Andy Griffith Show" and for providing the voice of Chester J. Lampwick in "The Simpsons." Baer passed away in 2002 at the age of 88.
