Paul Waaktaar-Savoy is a Norwegian musician, songwriter, and guitarist. He is a founding member of the band A-ha and has co-written many of their biggest hits, including "Take on Me" and "The Sun Always Shines on TV." He has also released music with his side projects Savoy and Waaktaar.
