Peter Faber

Peter Faber (1506-1546) was a co-founder of the Society of Jesus, also known as the Jesuits. He played an important role in the Counter-Reformation, travelling throughout Europe to spread Catholicism and establish new schools and colleges. He was also known for his emphasis on personal relationships and spiritual direction.
