Phillips Smalley

Phillips Smalley was an American actor and director who appeared in over 300 films between 1905 and 1925. He was best known for his work with early film comedians such as Harold Lloyd, Mabel Normand, and Roscoe Arbuckle. He died in 1939 at the age of 60.
