Ray Collins was an American actor who appeared in various movies and television shows during the 1930s to the 1950s. He is best known for his role as Lt. Tragg in the TV series Perry Mason. Collins' career as an actor was cut short due to his declining health, and he passed away in 1965 at the age of 75.
