Richard Edson is an American actor and musician. He is best known for his role as the parking lot attendant in Ferris Bueller's Day Off and as the drummer in the rock band Sonic Youth. He has also appeared in various films and TV shows, including Good Morning, Vietnam, Platoon, and Do the Right Thing.
