Richard Todd

Richard Todd (1919-2009) was an Irish-born British actor famous for his roles in films such as The Dam Busters and The Hasty Heart. He also had a successful stage career, notably playing the lead in the original West End production of The Sound of Music. Todd was awarded an OBE for his contributions to acting.
