Richard Widmark was an American actor known for his versatility in portraying a wide range of characters, including the evil villain in his film debut in Kiss of Death. He appeared in over 70 films throughout his career, earning an Academy Award nomination for his role in the film, Kiss Me, Kate. Widmark died in 2008 at the age of 93.
