Robert Swann

Robert Swann (1908-1994) was an American architect and urban planner who played a leading role in the development of affordable housing for low-income families. He was the founder of the Community Service Society, an organization that provided social services and advocacy for New Yorkers in need. Swann was also a key figure in efforts to preserve historic buildings and neighborhoods in New York City.
