Roberto Sosa (1951-2011) was a Honduran poet and playwright. He is considered one of the most important Central American writers of the 20th century and his works often explored themes of social and political inequality. Sosa won numerous awards for his literary contributions, including the prestigious Miguel Ángel Asturias National Prize in Literature.
