Takashi Nishina

Takashi Nishina (1890-1976) was a Japanese physicist who made significant contributions to the field of nuclear physics. He was the first scientist to successfully separate isotopes using an electromagnetic method, and later became the director of the Riken Institute. Nishina also played a key role in the development of Japan's nuclear energy program.
